Pork “Fletchburgers”
(Serves 2/4)
Ingredients:
500g Pork mince
2 spring onions
2 garlic cloves
1 chilli (red or green)
I tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
Bunch fresh coriander
Salt & pepper
-
2-4 burger buns
Bacon, smoked or non smoked x2 rashers
1 large tomato
Cheese (of choice)
Gherkins / pickles
Ketchup or chilli sauce
Mayo
Method:
Finely chop the spring onions, chilli, coriander and grate the garlic cloves.
Place the pork into a large bowl followed by the chopped ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and mould with your hands into burger patties. Fry the patties for 4 minutes each side until cooked through.
Fry the bacon the way you like it (always crispy for me)
Mix together in a small bowl the Mayo and either your ketchup or chilli sauce to make a dressing, and chop the tomato
Then dress your burger your way don’t forget the Gherkins / pickles
