Fish Tacos

Ingredients :

2 cod loins

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 garlic cloves

1 red chilli (use half)

1 green chilli (use half)

1 lemon

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp curry powder

Pinch dried chilli flakes

Bunch of fresh coriander

Tortilla

Method

Chop your red and green chilli de-seeding for less heat, grate your garlic and finely chop the coriander. Cut your lemon into quarters.

Place your cod loins into foil then season with the oil, chilli, paprika, curry powder, garlic and a good squeeze of fresh lemon then cover and place in the oven for 20-22 min on 180c

Next get your Tortillas, place them on plate and microwave for 10 seconds until they soften and are nice and warm. Cut them in half and you’re ready to make your tacos up.

Take the loins out of the oven and make up your tacos adding fresh coriander and why not hit it up with yogurt or even hot sauce (optional)
