Home-made Flatbreads

Ingredients

225g plain flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

Method

Place flour, oil and salt in a bowl. Add 150ml warm water and mix to a soft dough.

Cover in cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

On a floured surface divide your dough into 8 equal pieces then roll flat to 1/2 cm thickness.

Add a little oil to a hot pan and fry the bread for 2 minutes each side until it starts to bubble and brown.
